If you received a sponsor form in the mail, you can return the paper copy, or submit your information through our online form, whichever is easier for you.
You can submit your sponsorship payment online through PayPal, or by check or cash.

Hole Sponsorship Signs - Submit by May 15, 2026: All hole sponsorship information must be submitted by May 15 so signs can be printed in time.
Raffle & Giveaway Donations With a Sign - Submit by May 15, 2026: If you're donating a raffle prize, giveaway, or gift certificate and would like a sign displayed for your business, let us know on the sponsor form by May 15 so we can include you in the sign printing.
Raffle & Giveaway Donations Without a Sign - Deliver by June 3, 2026: If you're donating a raffle prize, giveaway, or gift certificate without a sign, your item needs to arrive by June 3, 2026 to be included in the tournament. You can mail it to the address above or leave your contact info in the sponsor form to arrange pickup from your business.
